Arginine  is useful in enhancing the immune system,  it is used to release insulin, a component of human growth hormone and improving human's sexual life. It is also important in liver health, in healing and repair of tissue as well as the formation of collagen and building of new bone and tendons . It is required in muscle metabolism – maintaining the nitrogen balance, and helping with weight control since it facilitates the increase of muscle mass, while reducing body fat.

Histidine is a precursor of of histamine, a compound released by immune system cells during an allergic reaction, maintaining of the myelin sheaths that as protector for nerve cells, required for the manufacture of both red and white blood cells. Help to remove heavy metals from the body Helpful to produce gastric juices, may benefit from indigestion.

Isoleucine promote muscle recovery after physical exercise, assisting with the regulation of blood sugar levels and energy levels.

Leucine helps with the regulation of blood sugar levels, the growth and repair of muscle tissue,  skin and bones, aid in increasing growth hormone production, It can assist to prevent the breakdown of muscle proteins that occur after trauma or severe stress.

Lysine is required for growth and bone development in children, assists in calcium absorption , maintain lean body mass. it is needed to produce antibodies, hormones, enzymes, collagen formation and repair of tissue.

Methionine is a great anti-oxidant and good source of sulfur, which prevents disorder of the hair, skin and nails,  it is essential for energy production and muscle building. It assists in the breakdown of fats and thereby prevent the build-up of fat in the arteries, it help to remove heavy metals from the body and is of prime important in detoxifying the liver.

Phenylalanine is used in elevating the mood, decrease pain, help with memory and learning, used as an appetite suppressant.

Threonine is used to help the proper protein balance in the body, assist the formation of collagen and elastin in the skin. It involved in liver function, prevent the build of fat in liver, assists metabolism. It help in the production of antibodies and promotes thymus growth and activity.

Tryptophan is used to produce niacin, it is used to produce serotonin, that is important for normal nerve and brain function, it help in sleep, stabilizing emotional moods, pain control, inflammation, etc.

Valine has a stimulating effect and is needed for muscle metabolism, repair and growth of tissue, used as and energy source in the muscles, helpful in treating liver and gallbladder disease, promote calm emotion. Many amino acids become deficient with drug addiction,  it may also be beneficial in treating or reversing hepatic encephalopathy, or alcohol related brain damage, as well as degenerative neurological conditions.
